Connects Lowell to I-495. Former Business Spur 495. First appears between 1961 and 1966. A 1968 maps gives it the number I-495S. Because virtually no maps in my collection show a route number, it's hard to say when the 495 Spur designation was removed; it remained in place on maps until at least 1979.
